Inability to print accurately
I'm relatively new to 3D printing, I got an Ender 3v2 because it was cheaper, and initially had some success printing. Bed leveling was tricky, but eventually got it to print consistently. Fast forward a couple of weeks and a friend was talking about how 0.6mm helped with the print times substantially, while not sacrificing the print quality, linked the video from Thomas Salanderer ( ) so I went for it and got a 0.6mm nozzle, replaced it and leveled the bed again, and it worked pretty well, but i started to notice a substantial decrease in print accuracy, tolerance tests were extremely difficult to get a good test on (like the toaster). It was so bad I just stopped printing at all for months, until recently where I wanted to get back into it. However, even after leveling the bed (to the best of my sub-par ability), when I printed some simple hangers I modeled, one of the edges were warped up. I also want to be able to print screws or bearings or more tight tolerance items. I attempted to print a tolerance test that went from 0.3-0.05 and ALL of them were fused together on the first layer and look like theyre fused even more.
So basically, I'm wanting to get fine details in my prints, at least a 0.3mm tolerance allowance with the 0.6mm nozzle. Is this possible or should I switch back to the 0.4mm? Also, I'm really needing help tuning in my printer. I thought I adjusted for elephants foot enough but apparently not. In leveling I find it extremely difficult to get it right, some times flat 3x3 leveling prints show too squished, but when I lower the bed it starts to just come off the bed. Any help would be appreciated.
Your basic limit of accuracy is half an extrusion width - with a 6mm nozzle this is likely to be close to 0.7mm meaning 0.35mm is about the best tolerance you can expect without special measures... As a beginner this is your target for the first few months.
0.4mm nozzles generally default to extrude around 0.45mm wide.
Cheerio,

This is a genearal 3d printing question, not a creality question.

This is not a site for general 3D printing questions, it is specifically for Prusa Research printer owners to help one another... not other brands of printer. If you don't own a Prusa Research printer I suggest you go to https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/new/ as I suggested before.
