Importing from Thingiverse error
Hi, I have been trying to import my designs from Thingiverse but i just get this - Another parse request is processing. Please try again later. - and it never imports. Is there a way to fix this?
RE: Importing from Thingiverse error
What do you mean by Import? What program are you running to Import?
Everything I have ever downloaded from Thingiverse I have directly downloaded a zip file.
If your problem is with the Thingiverse web site - contact MakerBot. They own it.,
RE: Importing from Thingiverse error
I think he is referring to the PrusaPrinter tool to transfer a Thingiverse design to PrusaPrinter.
See my (limited) designs on:
Printables - https://www.printables.com/@Sembazuru
Thingiverse - https://www.thingiverse.com/Sembazuru/designs
RE: Importing from Thingiverse error
I'm having similar issues (also importing from Thingiverse), the form doesn't report any errors but it just refuses to publish.
If you open the Javascript console (f12) and hit the publish button do you see an error? See the attached for my error (though there is no 'printer' field to fill out)

Hmm, ok. So I meant the import tool on PRUSA'S website so I am pretty sure i am at the right place.

No, I do not see any type of error in the console. 🙁
RE: Importing from Thingiverse error
This place is as good as any. Now I know you are trying to get from Thingiverse to PrusaPrinters.
I thought you were having a PrusaSlicer problem.
Unfortunately - I have no experience with what you are trying to do.

Something get stuck. Your import request was still in process. Please try it again, it should be fine now.

THANX! Now to go to the drafts and publish 🙂
RE: Importing from Thingiverse error
I am having the same issue. Except PrusaPrinters keeps throwing a "Verification Failed" and does nothing afterwards.
RE: Importing from Thingiverse error
Hello! Same problem for me: yesterday I started to import all my thingiverse projects. Not all of them has been imported and now I have ever this error message: Another parse request is processing. Please try again later. How to solve?
RE: Importing from Thingiverse error
I am also having this problem. Prusaprinters acted like it was importing my files from Thingiverse 2 days ago and even sent me to the publishing page after, but there are no draft files there that I can find. If I choose to create a new file, all I get is the drag and drop or browse dialog. If I select import prints from Thingiverse, I get the message "Another parse request is processing. Please try again later. OK" I don't know if the problem is with Thingiverse or Prusaprinters, but none of my files are showing up. Please help.
RE: Importing from Thingiverse error
Thingiverse is broken most of the time recently..

Your import request was stuck. It happens really occasionally and we don't know the reason. Maybe it happens during deployment, but not sure.
Try it again, it should work fine.

This was probably due to the unavailability of Thingiverse servers. Check your drafts (My profile -> Prints -> Saved drafts). If you don't see them, try to import them again. Your TG-PP verification was successful.

It seems to work again! Thank You! I hope I will not have this problem again, this is a very useful feature of your site!

@filippodl1
Thank you, we are doing our best 🙂
RE: Importing from Thingiverse error
@ondrej-stritesky
Thank you. I was able to import the files as drafts. The next problem I'm having is how to publish the drafts. I don't see an obvious way to do this. What am I missing?
RE: Importing from Thingiverse error
@wjmartin
On the profile, you'll see your drafts and 3 little dots at the top. Click on the dots and one of the options will be to EDIT, from the Edit you can then publish.
Way too many clicks and the entire UX needs to be redone.
Also, Thingiverse has an intermittent token issue so sometimes, it saves the appended Bio info and or not. You think it saved but it didn't - which explains my migration issue.
