RE: How to share your models... so people find them
It may be that most of them are not, hence the difficulty in getting people to post a make even though the site offers an incentive for them to do so
Perhaps my motivation for posting models is different than most. For one, I find Prusa filament to be unexciting. It's no different than any bargain basement brand but is two to three times more expensive. Overrated and overpriced for basically nothing extra.
As for users posting makes? I could care less. I use printables as a repository for my work. Nothing more.

Well, not everybody lives in the US. 🙂 Shipment from Prague to me in Germany is 6 Euros, so it's absolutely worth it.
What? People live in countries other than the US and have electricity? That's absurd.
RE:
What electricity? I have to run on the treadmill while writing these lines or printing a model. You have no idea how many hamsters I have to catch to get through a single print.
No seriously. I am not sure where you get your filament from but 1/3 of Prusament PLA is 10 EUR/kg. That's not budget, thats the absolute basement. You have to make sacrifices in the QC department for that and then you have to pay for shipping often as well, at least on Ali.
Prusament is not cheap but its squarely where many European brands are. Decent reliable PLA filaments are usually around 20 EUR. Even for example Geetech, ordered in Europe, costs around that.

Keeps you fit though all that running on the treadmill 😂
The only useful makes and comments are those with constructive, or at least specific, feedback. I have had feedback from downloaders who had problems with different nozzle sizes and tight tolerances; excellent, I can either modify, post an optional alternative part or just add a note warning other potential downloaders.
Both "It's Great" or "It's *@#%!~' are equally unhelpful 'though the first is preferable.
If you just want makes then it probably pays to post simple, small models and advertise that they use less filament thah they earn in Prusameters...
Cheerio,
OK, so who's going to post a design for a better treadmill?

Get a dog. Best walking machine ever invented.

Out of the question, they need too many hamsters per kWh. Let the hamsters rather run directly on a treadmill farm.

I have the same issue. It is hard to get downloads, even with good quality files. One thing I think would help is to make uploads with no picture of an actual print not be eligible to PrusaMeters. It might result in fewer uploads, but the quality should improve.
Also, makes with pictures should reward both the uploader, and the designer.
