How to delete system preset filaments?
Hello,
I do not have any of the, "System presets" filaments and having to scroll to the bottom of that list all the time is getting old, fast.
Try as I may, I can find no way, either in the program or in files/folders/registry, to get rid of them.
There's nothing but my own few filament files in the the filament/ folder and I removed all the presets from the vendor/PrusaResearch.ini file but they're still showing up in the filament drop down list. Deleting the cache/*.idx file makes no difference either (stab in the dark, that one.) Deleting vendor/* does nothing either.
Printer and Print [settings] went away when I removed them from PrusaResearch.ini but all the filaments are stubbornly just sticking around.
Anyone know how? This is frustrating.
Thanks and Regards,

I too would like to know how to remove all the filaments I will never use.
RE: How to delete system preset filaments?
I suspect even if you manage to comment them out, they'll be restored with the next config update. I've looked at the dependencies for many of the system filament profiles and unfortunately, there's nothing consistent about them that you could use to hide the system profiles.

RE: How to delete system preset filaments?
I think I remember somewhere mention of the ability to at very least hide the Prusa presets. I don't remember what forum that was in (here, github, blog, facebook, etc), nor the person making the comment. But I think it came from within Prusa.
Hopefully it shows up in the next version or two. (And hopefully is toggleable as it can sometimes be useful to go back to the "source" when starting on a new profile.)
