Your site will not let me create a help desk ticket I have the language prompt that will not leave the page and I cannot move from there BTW Give some instructions on how to update apple as your 'path' sucks...../Give me a link I can click and not the git hub bs.apple page still shows 2.4 Why not give updates thru Apple????

Michael, this site is mostly driven by users, with Prusa admins keeping an eye on things. It's not an effective way to reach Prusa support. And there is no reason to get mad and impolite at the users and forum admins.
Your anger also got in the way of providing any details which would be needed to help with your questions:
If you have issues with the website, which browser (incl. which version) are you using? Which page are we looking at in that partial screenshot you shared? If you get stuck at the language selection, what happens when you reload the page? Do you see the little "Chat now" prompt in the lower right?
If you want to "update Apple", Prusa has nothing to do with it. I assume you want to update some Prusa firmware or software (which?) and are using an Apple computer? In which way does "Prusa's path suck" -- what is not working for you? If you are looking for a firmware update, which printer are you using?

Did you read my reply above at all? Sorry, but if you are unable or unwilling to process and respond to written information, I don't know how either Prusa support or the users here are supposed to help you. I'm unsubscribing from this thread now.

Sorry Didn’t mean to be ‘rude’ but going thru the chat option after spending so much time fighting trying to get past the language option that stays on the screen and no other options or buttons work,I assumed that other people had the same problem ( Over a year for me) that it would be fixed.
I sometimes have an issue with typing ergo, attitude after multiple frustrations, sorry bout that.
The other issue with the updates being frustrating is there is no version number on the get info tab so you can be ‘on the wrong version of the app’and trying to flash, I thought they fixed that a while ago.
