Got no Account conformation E-Mail .. and I now why
I would have found it truly fantastic if I could have used my email address for my Prusa account as well. The SPAM configuration is not that strict, but still, the Prusa emails do not come through, and for good reason. This is genuinely disappointing, especially at the beginning of my journey into this ecosystem. Now I had to use a Gmail address. Yay.Any recommendations?

I am not sure I understand the problem correctly. Is it that your own (or your provider's) email server rejects incoming emails from Prusa as spam? When you say "for good reason", what is that reason in your opinion?
Unless I misunderstood, this looks like a problem to discuss with your email provider. I have not seen any other reports of Prusa emails getting blocked. My own email accounts are linked to domains hosted at Hetzner and there have never been any issues receiving email from Prusa.

Who to blame now???
Josef (or his team) sometimes send out coupons. Imagine you don't get it for "good reason"...maybe a BL fanboy behind the scene is handling your mail server...
Sorry...instead of disussing this with yourself/IT folks (company) your post has a taste of like "Prusa should handle this...!"
Not to imagine...emails from people you are in need or in contact for any reason (travel etc.) are blocked "for good reason"...are you expecting that this people then should change something...

Recommendations? Review your spam filtering rules and allow bouncing from mandrill to prusa, not to mention the other settings. They are too strict for typical emails send as promos.

Hey Jürgen,
thanks for your reply. You're absolutely right... I should have expressed myself much more precisely – then I probably wouldn't have triggered the community's internal defense mechanism... [Seriously, Alphasigma, the question of who to blame didn't even cross my mind... but thanks for your contribution anyway].
Over the past nine years, I have regularly monitored and adjusted my spam rating for all my mail servers (two of them xD, “all” is perhaps an exaggeration), resulting in thousands of emails being rejected in almost ten years – only very rarely were these not spam.
I was referring to the FUZZY_DENIED metric.
This (fuzzy hash of ~12) was also the reason why I wrote “for good reason”... which, admittedly, was a bit lacking in context. That's why I was concerned that other users might be experiencing the same thing – and that this might not be common knowledge. But from @_kaszpir_'s latest post, I conclude that, contrary to my hopes, I will have to look for the error in my configuration after all. Now I've created a Gmail account anyway... so the priority has decreased significantly xD ... but I'll check later to see how I can lower the score from 20 to below 15 ... another email with the subject line “Would you like to buy pills to enlarge your penis?” and also a score of 20 will continue to be rejected if possible. xD
Thank you very much for your time.

I don't have a broad understanding of this, much less what happens internationally, but I don't bother with complex email filters, just a few simple blocks. What I do is use the filtered DNS service on github, Ultimate Hosts. That seems to eliminate all manner of spam and if a site has been wrongly blocked, I can file a report, and it's usually fixed in a day or two. My wife doesn't do that, but uses Privacy Badger, which learns over time, and has worked well for her. Both free and one of these might be worth trying.

That sounds interesting. Maybe I'll take a quick look at what Ultimate Hosts is all about later. But I want to be completely honest with you; I don't think I'll change my approach to blocking spam because of this incident. Nevertheless, thank you for taking the time to tell me/us about it. I appreciate it.
