First layer problems with PCTG - need some help figuring this out!

Hi all!

I've got a Prusa i3 MK3, which prints PLA perfectly, and I had pretty good success with Prusa PETG. I'm trying 3D-Fuel Pro PCTG, and the first layer is always junk. It seems to be sticking to the nozzle a bit. See the attached picture.

Prusa slicer settings: 0.2mm layer, nozzle 240/250 C (first layer/others), 85/90 C bed.  20mm/s first layer, 45 mm/s second layers.  3D fuel says: 50-500 mm/s, 250-270C, 70-85C.

I've tried changing speeds...temps...adjusting the z..cold pulls. Maybe I'm not hitting the magic combination for PCTG. Any advice?

Well, after messing with it some more, this may just have been the nozzle being too low! I'm getting better results with it a little higher. -1.270 was bad; -1.225 seemed better. It has to be slow enough for it to stick, like 25mm/s first layer.
