RE: filament flows between the nozzle and the fan
Did you change the nozzle or do any work on the hotend? Filament flow over the heater block usually indicates a nozzle not properly secured against the heat break. There are several pages in the Prusa knowledgebase that explain the correct hotend assembly eg https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/how-to-replace-a-heaterblock-heatbreak-mini-mini_122769

RE: filament flows between the nozzle and the fan
Oh man, that has happened to me, it's the reason I'm deathly afraid to change the nozzle on the mk3s+! In one case I was successful and in one case I ended up ordering a fully assembled replacement hot-end! I really look forward to the nextruder to where that won't be such a pain.
