Failed delivery but tracking says delivered
Hello all,
I ordered a bunch of filament not so long ago to be delivered via Hermes here in the UK. I was expecting to receive it today when I received an email to say that it had been delivered already. I was at home at the time of delivery so was shocked to see that.
I have emailed Prusa regarding this but wanted to know if anyone has had a similar experience and whether Prusa were helpful in such situations? I paid a fair amount for this purchase and am not looking to lose money on this.
