Exploring Digital Membership Cards for Maker Spaces
Hi everyone, I’m exploring ways maker spaces and 3D printing clubs can manage memberships more efficiently. I’m working on a system where members get a digital membership card with QR code verification for easy access and tracking. The idea is to reduce physical cards and make member management seamless, while also integrating with workshop registrations and events. I’d love to hear from this community does anyone here use digital systems for club or maker space memberships? What challenges have you faced, and what features do you find most useful for managing members in a 3D printing or maker environment? Any feedback or experiences would be really helpful as I refine this system.
