Etsy user selling non-commercial designs from Printables
I just found one of my designs from printables being sold here on Etsy.
https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/3DHello?ref=shop-header-name&listing_id=1421927436
The seller has 168 listings and I recognise lots/most of them from printables, and they have even copied the photos.
If you are a designer, it would be worth checking if any of your designs are being sold here and raising a case with Etsy.
RE: Etsy user selling non-commercial designs from Printables
What are the licenses on the original designs? If they allow commercial use, nothing you can do. If not, at least in the U.S. you could contact Etsy with a takedown request.

Mine is non-commercial, and the few others I've checked are the same.
Don't use the Etsy's 'Register your brand with us' complaints route, they are trying to make life easy for themselves, be bl***y annoying.
Complain to their upstream abuse contact that the site is being misused: [email protected] or (208) 685-1750 [USA phone number].
If you want to make it more personal check details at: https://www.markmonitor.com/company/registrar-directors-and-officers/
Tell them that one of their clients - Etsy - is abusing their service by fencing stolen goods
Or you could make a request for full Non-Public Whois data ... https://www.markmonitor.com/legal/privacy-policy/whois-request
https://www.markmonitor.com/legal/privacy-policy/whois-request - see section F
IF you think many of your designs have been sold invoice Etsy with a per sale commercial licence fee, say $100 per item.
or
Etsy's redacted Whois places them in New York, USA, complain to New York Police that they are fencing stolen goods.
Get the idea? Make it easier for them to get rid of the seller than to fiddle with the details.
Cheerio,

I would definitely report them. Etsy will kick them off.
