so far as I know, they have never been available as a separate entity...

I ordered a Mk3 and a Mk2.5 upgrade over a year ago, neither arrived with Textured sheets, and I have been unable to order Prusa Textured sheets....

ordering Non Prusa Sheets would get me texture at twice the price... but unknown quality and no support.

But GOOD News, after a year and four days wait, my MMUv2 arrived Yesterday! 😀

I spoke to Prusa support a couple of weeks ago and they said it should be by the end of October. Even said that there would be some set aside for early Mk3 adopters to get along with the shipping voucher that was promised.

I guess that means possibly January then ?

How this company keeps its loyal following amazes me 😆

October came and went and no PC Text Sheets 😡 and no update from Prusa 😥

And what a waste of time that turned out to be. Still an undetermined amount of time. Could be weeks or months before they even come through.

Our supplier is able to supply us only with several thousand good quality sheets per month, however, we also need to bundle these sheets with new MK3 printers that we sell – and that’s also several thousand units per month.

Erm, nope. How about sorting out your backlog before the new units. Y'know, the people that have been waiting for up to a year now, fix things for all of them not just some of them and then offer it as an option for new units.

Prusa used to speak quality, now it just seems to mean 'eventually'.

I was hoping to buy mine and pick up a smooth one at the same time as the one shipped with my printer is full of holes now where the PEI has come off in chunks. I know they were marked as 'consumables' now but the PEI on my Mk2 outlasted this one by over 3 times as long.

Cant you just replace the stickers? or is it too hard to remove the remains of the old ones once they have cooked on for a few months?

you can get galvanized steel sheets very cheaply, and they work fine with either hairspray or PEI sheets. so while prusa's sheets are nicer looking, you can keep printing that way.

The PEI is not hard to remove, but the adhesive is extremely difficult to remove.

I eventually received my Textured sheet for my first MK3, but I haven't received it for my second one that I ordered in May.

I still see the double-sided stickered PEI sheet and (unavailable) powder-coated textured sheet in the shop.

The powder coated textured and PEI stickers sheets are still on the store. The Textured are unavailable for purchase. They removed the smooth powder coated from the store about a month or so ago. It may never be available.

Must of been a glitch when I went to look for them. I've seen them before and even bought one before I was sent one. It just wasn't on the list of items when I checked. I see them now.
