Core One with MMU3

Hello, everybody. Recently I installed MMU3 on my Core one and run into misunderstanding. I have 3 spool of PLA loaded onto MMU3, how could I choose which one to use from Prusa Slicer? I found how to choose spool from printer screen, but is it possible to do it directly from slicer? If no spool loaded into extruder, Slicer automatically chooses 1st spool. What am I missing? On attached screenshot shown which nozzles profile I`m using

Thank you

I do not have an MMU, hence can't give specific advice. But I notice that in your screenshot, the printer profile you have selected is not the one with MMU. Was that just a glitch when taking the screenshot, or did you select a non-MMU configuration maybe?

You are correct, that is not a glitch. I have selected non MMU profile, however, what if I want print with nozzle 0.25mm which provides really great detail? And yet, I have not find how to print with MMU in so called single-mode, just by selecting which spool use for this particular print. And also, standard MMU profiles exists not for all common material (like ABS or ASA), so another inconvenience. I know, I could create custom profiles, but that`s not on my priority list right now.

Ok, I found setting, how to choose default extruder. Now I need to create additional profiles for nozzle 0.25 mm and different materials I`m using

RE:

Hi,

I can try to attach a MMU 0.25 mm nozzle project, but I'm not sure whether it refers to files.

This is for ASA. PLA is considerably easier.

If you set it up yourself, start with MMU 0.4 mm profile with 0.15 mm layer height and work from there (0.15 mm works fine, you can dial it down afterwards).

edit attached file doesn't seem to show...

I put an updated file into the same project (link above, 20251130a_MMU_N02p25) that I will probably use myself as template. The testprint worked well (~3h).
