Color changing filament
I saw some really cool video demonstrations with a temperature-color changing filaments.
That subject seems to be unexplored as I didn't find anything about them here(posted projects or threads) or on any of the more prominent Youtube channels.
Has anyone tested something like that?
Is it an abrasive material? Would a standard brass nozzle be able to print it?
Re: Color changing filament
I have heat changing and uv changing. fun stuff. I did not notice any abrasiveness. did notice some temperature are dumb...I have to put my tardis in the freezer to turn it darker blue. but I have a dark gray that's fine at room temperature. and goes clear when warm. made some cool "the rings" with the temperature and UV stuff
I have a Prusa,therefore I research.
Re: Color changing filament
Awesome, I'll get me some those too then.
It really gives the prints a whole new dimension.
