Clearance Delay in Customs ?
I have a combined shipment (filament / printer) that has been held up in customs here in the US.
The fedex message is:
Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity. Recommended action: Shipper or Importer must provide a more detailed description of goods.
It looks like they want more detail from Prusa, but they won't give me any more information than this.
Has anyone else encountered this problem ? How did Prusa resolve it ?
The Prusa chat support representative told me that the shipping folks would contact FEDEX and contact me, but I haven't heard anything yet.
Prusa Core One, MK4S w/ MMU3 (formerly MK4 / MMU3, MK3S+/MMU2), 2 Prusa MINI+, Octoprint. PETG, PVB, (some) PLA.
