Cancelling an order
I ordered an MK2S kit about a month ago and was expecting it to ship in about 2 weeks, as it was listed on the website. I still have not gotten it and it has not even shipped yet. I am planning on ordering a different printer from another company because this is ridiculous. I have not found out how to cancel my Prusa order however. Does anyone know if this is possible or how to do it?

Whatever you ordered, don´t blame Prusa for delay if the product was not marked "readily available for shipping" when you ordered. The pandemic is still raging around the globe, any sort of semiconductors are scarce, all world ports suffer from severe congestion and all shipping suffers from lack of transport capacity. So order from another seller but be prepared that he will suffer from the same issues .
I try to give answers to the best of my ability, but I am not a 3D printing pro by any means, and anything you do you do at your own risk. BTW: I have no food for…
