I ordered a MK3S (along with filament and other accessories) on December 1st as part of the Black Friday 2019 promotion. I ordered two Prusa Minis a couple of hours after the announcement on October 12th. I have yet to get a shipping notification for either order. People who ordered after me in both scenarios are getting their orders shipped. One week left before Christmas Day. Should I take it personally?

I got in touch with CS today. Compared to nightmares with some mobile network companies this was a breeze. In no time I got someone on the other end of the line. My order should be dispatched this week but they couldn't give me a concrete date or cast iron guarantee. I can understand that up to a point. This week must be one of their worst in a full year. Let's see if they really get it going in the next days.

Who else is waiting for his printer from the Blackfriday sale? I was first told it would be delivered before the holidays and then I was told it will be shipped this week. But I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. For me it's not that bad, but it would be a better feeling if I am not alone waiting 😉

I got my shipping confirmation on Friday, so they managed to stay within the week they told me after asking them on live chat. It won't quite arrive before 24th but actually 27th fits me better anyway.
I think there is hope for all the other Black Friday orders. They are catching up.

Finally received a shipping notification today. 🤩 I'm sure the Prusa people are having a hard time since BlackFriday.

Mine showed up Friday (12/20). Ordered 12/1. Assembled yesterday & made it through the first run self test and calibration!

As I posted before, I just wanted to add that I received mine on Fr as well, as a noob it took me two days until self test and calibration... and my first benchy 🙂 I'd rather wanted to take my time instead of rushing myself into disaster.

Mine is already upgraded to MMU2S. 🙂 I have to say, as probably expected, while the printer was a "build and go" experience, the MMU2S is not quite as plain sailing. Parts and tolerances seem to need substantial tweeking in order to work. But still, the few small dual colour prints worked out fine so far.
