Not really paying attention because I am currently not planning to buy, but I think I saw that there was a free shipping offer... I can't log into the E shop page, so that suggests there is a special offer on, and the page is busy!

Yes, I eventually got logged in and added a printer to my cart, but the shipping costs were still displayed, and I didn't want to go further in case I ordered the printer in error! 😀
I don't currently need another printer

I dont think free shipping applies to printers. They charged me shipping for the mini I ordered so I went back and put 10 rolls of pla in my cart and those showed $0 for shipping. I put in a question to support and am waiting for a confirmation.
