RE: Best filament color match? Red?
X-Rite has tools to assist in color matching. You can exchange HTML colors for correct and more formal PANTONE numbers, and filaments generally will use PANTONE codes. Other solutions exist, x-rite is the first that came to mind.

I did just run accross this site; no Prusament colors came up though:

Based just off my eye Galaxy Red might be the closest
If you need a particular colour most filament manufacturers will oblige, usually the minimum order will be a few hundred spools.
For short runs the answer is paint. For a smooth finish it's sand, fill, prime and paint.
Cheerio,

Try searching for RAL 3032 filament, that should be pretty close.

Also, keep in mind measuring the color of things is an artform in itself. It requires a calibrated light source, calibrated scanner, and software to keep references for said light and device to correct for sensor deviations. The best use advanced spectrometry.
If you don't use calibrated light sources, and full spectrum sensors, what you see under LED light vs tungsten vs fluorescent vs sun can be wildly different. Your grey might look pink in one light, purple in another.
