ASA Stuck To Plate???
The part actually pealed of the coating on the smooth plate! I’ve print lots of these and never stuck that bad!
RE: ASA Stuck To Plate???
How can I clean up the end of this part that was stuck to the plate?

You can use a hair dryer, a heat gun, a small torch, or a lighter to carefully treat the surface.
In the future, you might want to use textured or satin-finished printing plates. That way, you won’t end up damaging your printing plate.

RE:
I don't know if this would have prevented this damage, but I also destroyed my first smooth plate with some stubborn PETG. Recently I had a stuck print and a mate gave me the tip of putting it in the freezer which not only released the print overnight, but also the plate was unmarked.
I have a butane torch for cleaning up the models. I've made a mess of that once or twice too...always learning with this process 🤣
