Anyone form printed PETG?

I'm full of odd questions today.

Starting to print the gauntlet for an e-NABLE child's prosthetic hand. The gauntlet is printed flat and then hand formed around a printed mandrel.

A movie with this shown uses PLA heated to 70c on the printer heated bed. I'll be using PETG.

Anyone done forming of a PETG part? Hints, anything! 🤣

Alrighty then, found this video for assembling this hand using PETG. Forming done in a Pyrex pan by immersing the PETG part in boiling water for 2 minutes and with bare hands forming it quickly. Watch from 3:49 to 5:55 if interested.

As she explains, the gauntlet was printed flat for strength, no layer lines to break at the hinge point.

Sorry, you may need to rewind the assembly video above to start at the beginning. Dunno why mine is starting late here.
