Anyone else having issues during checkout on shop.prusa3d.com?
Hi Guys,
I've been trying to purchase the Textured PEI Powder-Coated Spring Steel Sheet for a few weeks now (when it's in stock) and every time I'm getting an error during checking. Just a blank screen with the words "Fatal error" on it.
First attempts where on my desktop iMac/Safari (macOS 10.15.5). Tried paying via PayPal and after the payment screen in sends me back to the prusa website, this is where I see the error.
Second attempt, off my iPad (2nd gen 12), same issue.
Third attempt, tried off cellular network on iPhone and again same issue.
Talked with support, they said try the invoice payment method. And this time it gives me that screen right away (Fatal error).
Anyone else experiencing this, very frustrating, since I purchased my MK3S and MMU 3 months ago with no issue. The only thing on my end that would have changes is Apples' software updates.

Hm, are you using a VPN? I remember that i couldn't purchase on Deutsche Bahn (www.bahn.de) when i was connected to the internet through a VPN provider.

No, I'm not using a VPN and I do not have any Ad Blockers installed. Also tried on multiple browsers. Multiple machines and cellular data, instead of my internet.

Yeah, definitely, but I still think it's weird that it doesn't work with my home internet AND mobile data.

Yes. The temporary solution is just to choose invoice and then contact them to pay through PayPal.
I posted this to see if anyone else was having issues, more than anything.

Had similar issue yesterday. Win10 and using Brave. Possibly ad block related. Used chrome and it worked.

I've used every browser I had on my Desktop, plus I don't have Ad Block (or any blocking extensions) installed on any of them. Still had the issue.
Plus, I used Safari on my iPhone (no ad blocking turned on) using cellular data (i.e. bypassing my in home Internet) and I still had the same issue.
Good to know someone else experienced it... so I'm not crazy!

yes. me.
Nothing works, even with mobile phone and LTE i was not able to place the order.
solved it by manually ordered via chat with prusa

Yes, solved it the same way. But still frustrating.
They definitely have a problem with their website checkout.

They may be working on things.
I had an order a couple of weeks ago which resulted in a duplicate invoice, for which I received a 'not paid' reminder. I wrote in explaining that the order was paid and received and it turned out to be a phantom duplicate which they cancelled.
Yes, I use ad blockers and privacy extensions up the ying-yang!
Their merchant processor bounces the session to a verification screen with my bank, and they may be doing a similar thing for Paypal, and that may be the issue.
I would suggest trying it with a credit/debit card instead of Paypal and see if that works.

it also happens if you choose invoice, so im not sure about. But maybe you are right
