After "Payment accepted" and "Order confirmation", what next?
Hi, thanks all for helping me with the purchase decision. After I ordered the printer on July 5, I received two emails quickly titled above. So what next? Will they send me another email when it is shipped? I ordered the i3 MK3S Kit with coated build plate. It is not listed in the general shipping status list so I cannot check.
On the weekend, I ordered a smooth PEI buildplate with some filaments. I got an email saying that they are in back order. I hope they will be shipped soon.

I ordered a MK3S Kit on the 3rd. It is still sitting at Payment Accepted.
I was nervous so I asked Customer Support to check for me. (Chat window).
Agent said it should have shipped by now - so he bumped priority and says it should go out today or tomorrow.
Contact them - extremely helpful and friendly.
And ask them to give you access to EShop parts too while you are there.

Earlier this year I ordered some smooth steel sheets and it took about 8 weeks to receive them. Not sure if shipping times have changed since then.

What part of that 8 weeks was waiting to ship, and what part was between Shipped and Received?
First thing we want to do is get our kits out of the factory. Waiting for arrival is a whole different stress point... May give me time to learn Fusion 360.

Most of it was waiting to ship. Once I get the shipment notice, it is usually at my door in about 2 days.

Got the Shipped notification today, 10 July.
DHL says it will be delivered on 16 July - next Tuesday.
Figure that means maybe 3 days in transit, three days mucking around in Customs.
Not bad at all - not bad. Barely enough time to get ready. Doing a couple of Fusion 360 Tutorials a day. Got my bearing grease.
