I'm wondering if I'm alone with this...

This is actually @fuchsr posting but I had to create a new account as my old one got messed up, and in 5 weeks Prusa has not been able to fix it.

About 5 weeks ago I logged in, just to find my account apparently duplicated. When I log in, everything looks normal, password, email, account photo, but I'm now back to pre-registered status, with zero posts, and all posts need to be approved. Curiously, my original fuchsr account is still showing on the Members page with 4,500+ posts but . Very weird.

For 5 weeks I'm being told by Prusa support that "someone is looking into it" but now I'm no longer getting responses to my email inquiries. I doubt the moderators here have the privileges to fix it.  The only remedy I saw was to start all over again with a new account...

At least your Printables account still works.

Surprised Joan couldn’t fix this for you??

Smells like corrupted database on non clean shutdown or issues during db migrations or forum upgrades?
