Academy Not Registered
After a long wait we got our MK3S+ last Friday direct from Prusa to Canada. There was a sheet/QR code informing us of the '3D Printing and Modeling for Beginners (MK3S+)' academy course which looks interesting. When I login, the 'Start Learning' is greyed out. I emailed the Academy address on the course page on Friday but still no resolution or response, almost a week later. Is there somewhere else to email/contact?

It has this note at the top; I did buy the assembled M3KS+:
This course is available only to customers who bought the assembled variant of the Original Prusa printer. If you have troubles logging in, please contact us on [email protected].
RE: Academy Not Registered
I received my pre-assembled M3KS+ on 3/28 and sent requests for Academy access via email (3/29) to both
After a week or so with no reply, I also contacted chat support to request access/assistance and was told my email would be forwarded to the correct contact(s)?
Another week has now passed with no access and no reply.
Any ideas on how to actually get access to the content?

I'd be happy to give you my account information, but when I access the link I am unable to reply and I see this at the bottom of the message:

RE: Academy Not Registered
Why would they only limit the course to those who bought a pre-assembled kit? Seems like lots of great info for kit builders.
RE: Academy Not Registered
No idea, but if the level of service and support is this bad for a newbie like me trying to get started with a pre-built, I can't imagine the experience someone with a truly difficult issue like a kit builder might have to deal with.
RE: Academy Not Registered
I will say that I did one call to Prusa for an issue that ended up being my fault .. and their service was very good.. but limiting this course to only the assembled owners seems like a poor policy. Can't believe Joe would approve .. maybe there is some reason not evident.. but can't imagine what it might be. Even with a wealth of experience in IT, I found that this was a very new field and all training info they can provide will go a long way to helping the absolute new user.
