Weird first layer behavior i3 Mk3
All my prints with the spool which came with my Prusa i3 Mk3 came out pretty well. Having used a Makerbot a few years ago, the Prusa was a dream to operate. I eventually ran out of that spool and ordered some more PLA from the Prusa store. However I've been having issues with the new spools of PLA. Specifically I've had problems with the PLA not sticking to the base plate. I've used a benchmark to attempt to troubleshoot the issue https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2656594 . Now my print with the original spool turned out pretty great.
Here's the good one.
And here's the problem.

Hello Samuel,
when your first layer calibration is ok, try dish soap and water to clean it.
If Acetone and Alcohol did not work, give it a try.

Re: Weird first layer behavior i3 Mk3
The issue seems to be an issue with the live-Z adjustment. Had to go from -0.480 down to -0.550 and this feature of the print disappeared.
Re: Weird first layer behavior i3 Mk3
It sounds like mushing the 1st layer a bit more helped, but looking at your last picture, it looks like you're having some 1st layer issues with it perhaps being too close. You might try the "life adjust z-height" thread here on the Prusa forums to make sure you've got the 1st layer set correctly (and smoothly). Once the 1st layer is correct (it should be smooth and with few gaps), then focus on why adhesion has gotten worse.
The suggestion to give the bed a cleaning is a good one. I've found that not touching the bed is key. Over-cleaning seems, at least to me, to cause problems with 1st layer adhesion. I give the bed a wipe with 91% IPA every few prints, as needed. I use Acetone perhaps once a month. The key is to avoid touching the bed between prints, at least with PLA.

Re: Weird first layer behavior i3 Mk3
Your first pic with the corner raised off the bed is one of the problems I am experiencing. I have had two of the exact same print projects do that in the same corner. Have read you could have the first layer run slower thereby giving better adhesion but can't seem to find where this is done? Also how it carries over if you create in Fusion360 create STL then export to Gcode?

You can turn on the brim setting in your slicer software if you are having problems with parts warping. Which slicer are you using?
You do want to double-check to make sure your Live-Z settings are correct.

You can set the 1st layer speed in your slicer. If you're using Slic3r, you can set it under Print Settings->Speed->Modifiers->First layer speed. Prusa's latest Slic3r settings have it set to 30mm/s.

You will export your model as an STL file from Fusion 360. You then need to slice the file in the slicer of your choice (e.g. Slic3r, PrusaControl, Simplify 3D or Cura) to create the gcode file for your printer.
