The first thing that surprised me about 3d printing some years back is how long a typical print actually takes.  At one of the very first classes I took, we were told to book two hours on a machine for very simple prints and four hours for anything other than the simplest prints, and for anything longer, leave the file at the desk and the staff would run it as time permits.

They obviously selected the demo prints for the classes to complete within less than an hour.

LOL, as a total newbee, I would have expected that funnel to complete more or less as the video shows, but in real time.  😉  😉  😉
