Print defects after MK3 crash due to filament tangle

Hello, I would like to request advise on this issue I am having.

My Prusa MK3, crashed after a filament spool tangle. The filament broke and now all the prints after the crash are coming with this defect on.

I do not know how to do a correct fix or calibration. Please see picture.

That looks like the layer seam, created when the extruder stops and shifts to the next layer. The transition has to occur somewhere unless you're printing in vase (continuous) mode. You can try to hide it. Slic3r, for example, has the Print Settings->Advanced->Seam Position setting. Cylindrical, continuous round surfaces are tough. You can try Random, but then you may wind up with little gaps and dots around the rounded surfaces. Your best bet is probably Rear.
