It makes me very happy that you are enjoying printing all these models. I am very pleased that you overcame your initial difficulties.
I shall now go off-topic and include a print that I have been working on for a few days (total printing time: 131 hours, using both the Mk1 and Mk2)
The bells will be painted before being attached to the arches at the top.
This is a model for an exhibition in September. I have now moved on to a 1.5 metre Eiffel Tower, which I may decide to illuminate...
Looking forward to your picture tomorrow.

Three, plus the bells.
The bottom being angled at 5.5 degrees was the most difficult and I had to have a couple of attempts to get it right without the columns on the second layer breaking off.

"spiral vase" on the left, and on the right 3 verticals with just zero infill, managed the horizontal - ish surfaces better ofc.

When you scale up in the slicer, are there any additional steps you take? I'm interested in scaling Eiffel Tower and was wondering if I could just scale up and glue the pieces together.

Wow, that's amazing.
Based on this; http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:254133 but reworked to allow scaling to about 1.5 metres and using over 7Kg of filament.
By "reworked to allow scaling", can you describe this process for this example? I guess you sliced it horizontally and then scaled up. Did you use trial and error? Where there any other settings you needed to change?

I used NetFabb to do a few cuts and clean up some of the STL files; I also used TinkerCad to do some more cuts.
Then I scaled the STLs within KISS by a factor of 2.33; this was the maximum I could get without a whole load of additional cutting. The largest single print is 198 x 198 x 174 - the part being printed on the Mk2 (left in the picture) with an estimated print time of 90+ hours.
For these prints, patience and Z-lift are essential.

Is there a difference doing the cuts there as opposed to directly in the slicer like slic3r can?

Cool. I looked closely but don't see any seam in the top tall piece in the middle. Did you glue it together? Why can't I see the seam?
Z-lift are essential.
Why is Z-lift essential? In general when doing manual cuts or for this specific instance?

Sorry about that, I like that tripod attachment for the camera. Very cool. I would like to know more about the Eiffel tower glue process but I won't ask in this thread.

I would vote for a PJR thread regarding huge prints on the Prusa! Thats really cool!
I was thinking about getting a gCreate printer, but its of course cheaper to just slice them up in pieces 😀

New Raspberry Pi mount for my bed, since the first one in PLA melted when I started to bump up the heat bed temperature.
