Girly Prints

I made some really boring functional stuff that I designed in 123D Design for my husband's production line but what I like most are these cute things ... that i didn't design myself.

No, I bought the model here: https://legranddoll.myshopify.com/collections/human/products/3d-model-ball-jointed-doll-elli
I'll be soon making my own models.

Re: Girly Prints

i think i'll give robotica a try... as soon as the skin coloured pla filament arrives here.
there are not many people out there able to design such cute BJD's, so it might well be that the design of your Elli is by the same designer (Sonia Verdu, aka: Shira).

No, it's by Aida Legrand and she has four dolls up there for sale as stl. Resin cast ball jointed dolls are really expensive and I prefer to make my own. I also like Sonia Verdu's models but I haven't tried to print them yet.

it's a little bit tricky to print, because of the upcurling problems with slow overhangs. but last night i acutally managed to print the head without a failure of the print.
