I know that this post is over a year old, but if you are interested, I remember a couple of years back when I had a Lulzbot TAZ 5, I very specifically remember a guy talking about his printer being fine tuned enough for him to print the parts for fully 3D printed fly fishing reels of his own design, and be able to put them together for a fully functional reel with very little to no post processing. He made his living off of it I believe as his own business, just printing and selling them.
