calibration failed check the axis and run again
hello guys i assembled my new i3 mk3 3d printer yesterday i run the self test every thing is ok the hotend,bed ,fan,x,y,z but when i try the calibration xyz
it cheeked x and y and begin to go up it asked me to clean the nozzle and to put a paper after that it descended as soon as it almost touched the bed it stops and displays calibration failed check the axis and run again . i checked the pinda prob its working (as soon as i put player to it the pinda blinks and stops moving ) whats the problem please help me guys .

Wrong board.
You will get faster response, if you post your request in the right board.
i think, you tighten the yellow marked zip-tie in the wrong position. It maybe touched the frame, when it moves to Z max.
Turn it like on the photo and re-calibrate again.

check that the hotend is perfectly inserted in the extruder.

Also check your filament holder is behind the ftame npt in front where it will obstruct the x axis hardware.
