Hi there!

I am a bit new here and trying to solve my first bigger looking issue of my CoreOne+ printer. I have downloaded an stl plan and sliced it with the PrusaSlicer 2.9.4 under linux. I have edited the PETG material to have the temperature that was given by the manufacturer of material (230-250 nozzle -> 240, and 70-80 bed -> 70). I have also changed some default settings like use support and use the organic type but have not edited any "expert" values - like retract speed or distance etc.

The slicer gave me screen where the end-result looked OK for me, so I have saved the gcode to USB and started printing. Since, it took longer than 1h, I went for my daily walk... When I was back I have noticed that the end-result looked quite different. There are several layers where there is an added slope or hole that was not on the screen on the slicer. My question is, who can help to "debug" the created gcode file? When I load again to the Slicer it still looks normal, so I guess the generation is perhaps buggy???

(BTW: The Pruse help page for the slicer gave me 404 -> https://help.prusa3d.com/product/prusaslicer - Does anybody know how to contact them?)

Please see added some pictures about the slicer screen as well as the printed out result + the code zipped.

Hello,

I am having issue with Prusa XL with 5 Toolheads. When the printer is turned on, it resets during the loading and throws and error "USB Port Overcurrent #17306". This has been happening for quite some time now and I am waiting on update from Prusa Support.

This issue first occured shortly after a ruined print covered one of the toolheads in blob of filament. While cleaning the mess, the thermistor of the toolhead got damaged and it was replaced. But I am not sure if this is relevant to the issue.

What I have tried so far:

Turn printer on with disconnected toolhead where thermistor was replaced.

Turn printer on with all toolheads disconnected

Swapping display from Core One L and MK4s - Still same error when powered on

Testing display from XL on Core One L and MK4s - Display works as expected.

Using different USB drives, powering on with and without USB drive connected.

Bought and replaced LCD cable and Sandwich board (based on suggestion from 24/7 live chat support).

None of these fixes worked and the issue still persists. I am currently waiting on reply from the Prusa Support and will be trying another live chat support session soon. I have not found any damaged cable or components.

I will be glad for any suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

Thanks!

Happy Printing
