Ender 3 S1 Pro isn't printing the sizes prusaslicer 2.6.0 is telling it should print.

I bought, after my prusa i3 Mk2 and my MakeBlock mElephant, an Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro and am happy to be able to print nicely again as the 2 old printers stopped working properly.
Since I finally wanted to organise my stuff, Gridfinity printing seemed like a good idea. I also printed quite a few base plates and bins/containers and that worked fine. All the parts connected well and the base plates printed well.Since 2 weeks, the base plates and bins are no longer printing properly. Of course, to keep everything stackable properly, the sizes have to be consistent. I use the 2x4 base plate as a reference. Previously, this base plate was 84x168mm and the bins (2x2) were 83x83mm (2x 41.5mm). Everything fitted like a glove. Now my base plate is 88x168mm and my bins are now 44x41.5mm and they no longer fit on the base plates and bins can no more fit next to eachother because of these sizes.
I use prusaslicer 2.6.0 (I love it) and it gives me the exactly right sizes 84x168mm and the bins 41.5x41.5mm with the measure function. Then I choose 'slice now' and assume the sizes in the g-code remain the same. I also tried it in Cura but also the g-code generated by Cura gives me a print of 88mm wide instead of 84mm while Cura tells me before slicing that the sizes are 84x168mm. The length always seems to stay the same while the width has changed.
I print via OctoPrint and I also replaced the octoprint server. Was installed on a linux machine and now on a Raspberry Pi. But this too did not have the desired result, the prints are still 4mm too wide.
Can anyone help me?

Have you checked out slicing tolerances in Cura? Worth having a look at. It might be under experimental settings.
Basically it gives you three options; inclusive, middle exclusive, and it defines how til interpret slopes. I believe "middle" is standard, but if you choose inclusive or exclusive it will result in a part that is slightly off regarding size. It is a setting to be used carefully, especially when dimensional accuracy is important.
