Bottom Reinforcement Tightness issues
I am currently using this model to print shields:

Unfortunately, the transparencies I am using are .1mm thick and just slip out. I have tried multiple "bottom reinforcement" models, as well as changing the extrusion width and even using a heat gun to heat the piece up and squeeze it a little tighter together.
Does anyone have a file that is more efficient for securing .1mm transparencies at the bottom?
RE: Bottom Reinforcement Tightness issues
Try the Prusa Version, it has nodules on one side facing hollows on the other side, which cause the visor sheet to deform and lock in position. the Prusa version uses metric punch spacing, but if the idea works, you could use the idea with US punch spacing
