sudo reboot blues

I am running PrusaLink 0.5.2 on Raspi Zero W. I am using Eduroam (enterprise WPA authentication). The printer is an MK3 and it all is working ok.

The unexpected, but maybe totally correct behavior, is that if I reboot the board using sudo reboot over the ssh connection, the printer will be gone for good. I have to go to the printer and switch it off and on again to get it back online. Resetting the printer with "x" button does not recover either.

I reckon if this is normal behavior, users should be warned about it.

I was assuming that resetting the Raspi (with the printer idle) will cause no harm but instead that made the printer unavailable till I power-cycle it.
