Try changing the language to English. It seems to be an issue with some languages in Prusa Connect. I had the same problem with German, but after changing to English it works just fine for me. I already reported the issue to the support.

I have this all the time from 2-3 days i cannot use Prusa Connect to start prints. It's not working on 2 of my MK4 and one MK3S+

Okay changing to english language fixed it. But even when i cleared cache the polish page still is not working for me atm

Hi, sorry, i have trouble replicating this, is it still an issue? Can you provide a set of steps to take? Depending on the specific way you start a print, different things happen. I would have to tesk at least four scenarios this way. Thank you

Hi, for me the error occurs, if I have selected German as language in Prusa Connect. But I can also replicate it with Polski, Italiano and Español. It doesn't matter if I open Prusa Connect via PC or Smartphone. Everything works fine, I can control everything, movement of the printer, setting the temperatures of the printer. But as soon as I click on "print" of any file there is a message: something went wrong, you will be redirected. Normally after clicking on "print" there should be a small pop-up window, and you can select, if you want to print immediately or to a specific time,... And in English or Čeština it works, but not for the other languages.

For me the error occurred with my MK3S+ and a Raspberry Pi 4. But I already reinstalled prusalink on the Raspberry and also rejoined the printer to Prusa Connect. I also switched between WiFi and LAN, but always the same result.

I can share screenshots later. At the moment I can't test it because both printers are printing.

For me issue was fixed. I didnt use Prusa connect for 2 days. Only I was puloading files via prusa link and today I tested with langugage polish and all my printers are working again 🙂 with prusa connect in my native language

Hi,

I currently have same Problem with one of my two printers as described by Erpud.

It first occured when I was creating a folder via Prusa Connect. Since the I can't view the files via PrusaConnect.

Language is set to English and browser cache was also cleared.

Is there any solution available yet?
