PrusaConnect will not connect anymore TLS error
Hello,
My CoreONE arrived today, I connected the printer with PrusaConnect, all good. All afternoon.
During the evening, I noticed that the printer would show as offline on the PrusaConnect web page - I checked the printer and it little C at the top of the screen was there but a little sim compared with the WiFi signal. I double checked the configuration menu for PrusaConnect and it ws showing a TLS error.
I tried o disable and enable PrusaConnect and same error always... what happened? I'm in the middle of a 11 hours print, and PrusaConnect just decided not to work anymore?

A Little more information. I have also a MK4S on the same network and it connects fine. The issue seems to be isolated to the CoreONE.
I' m running the latest CoreONE firmware. 6.3.1

After a printer reboot, and a hardware reset, the Prusa Connect worked on the CoreONE.
Possibly an issue with the current firmware that needs to be examined ? It is a new printer, probably tons of bugs to fix.
Anyway, all back to "normal"

Hi, The same here, sometimes I have a connection, than tls- error. The connection to Prusa Link over local network works fine.
The Core One is on 6.3.2 and connected by ethernet cable. Its a little bit frustrating....

A few days ago I assembled my new Core One and printing works great. I can send files from Prusa Slicer to Prusa Connect. The files show up and I can start the print from there. Before printing I can also control the printer via Connect.
While printing the printer goes "OFFLINE" after some time (5-30min) in Connect despite happily printing. I can even access Prusa Link via the local IP and it looks as expected. Also on the printer the stuff under "Network/Network Status" look all good.
In the menu under "Network/Prusa Connect" I see "Status: Error" and "Error: TLS Error".
While "OFFLINE" the temperatures, status, telemetry and Buddy 3d Camera do not update.
And then sometimes it suddenly comes back online for a moment (after being offline for 5-60+min).
What can I do?

Same here. New Prusa Core One built from kit last week. Connects to Prusa Connect on boot, but loses connection after a while and seems to need a reboot to connect back again. PrusaLink seems to work ok, although over the Wifi I had it drop the connection when uploading a large bgcode file once so I just put it directly on the USB.

In the PrusaSlicer go to the printer settings in advanced mode and unselect 'G2/G3 arc support', slice the model and try to print it and see if it still happens.

Same trouble here,I have 2 prusa printers printing at the same time, both connected in PrusaConnect.
Prusa Core One : Connected via Lan Cable. Shows offline in prusaConnect after about 10 hours of printing. 2 hours later the print ends and the Core One comes back online by itself.
Prusa MK4S: Connected via Lan Cable. Same printing but stays online with no disconnect whatsoever.
I did this 2 times and both times the Core One went offline after about 10 hours of printing. And both times the Core One came back online at the end of the print without any intervention on my part.
Both printers are connected via a cable to the same network switch. PrusaLink continues to work on the CoreOne, it's just the PrusaConnect that is offline.
There is definitely something going on with the Core One and the PrusaConnect.
