I'm still getting these Offline statuses, been happening for months, usually in the middle of a print, and typically lasting around 5 minutes before coming back online by itself. I switched from WiFi to Ethernet but it is still happening. I notice it more on my MK4 than my CoreOne but I believe it happens on both, and they are on different networks in different cities.

I've been having the same issues with my Core One. One minute the printer is showing as online and the next it's offline. The status for the network shows it's connected but Connect is offline which seems to be happening during a print or sometimes while the printer is idle. Seems like Prusa doesn't acknowledge the issue here?

Same here, when starting up everything shows ok, after a few prints the printer shows offline but is still connected to my router. The printer is working fine and the camera is also streaming. Resetting the printer solves the problem. (core one connected using wifi)

Hello,
had the same Issue. There is a Fix for it here.
It worked immediately. But after a reboot/Poweroff it wont.
Printer insisted on beeing offline.
I found the File on my System 2 Times, did you changed both (regular_expressions.py)?
I tested a new Installation of PrusaLink with my old .Ini-File, which i dowloaded, and it worked.
Printer is online...but for how long?

Has there been any input from Prusa on this? The OFFLINE issue has been around for years and it makes the Connect nearly useless for purpose. Are they working on a fix or is Connect just at a dead end now?

This issue has been fixed for me (knock on wood). I had previously plugged an ethernet cable into the MK4 and assumed it would automatically prioritize the more reliable ethernet connection over the wifi connection. Not so. I had to go into the HMI's Network Settings and switch the "Active Interface" to "ETH" in order for it to start communicating over ethernet, and that's when my issue went away. So, a weak wifi signal or a faulty wifi card must have been the culprit for me. Hope that helps somebody.
