RE: Printer status keep changing
Hi, sorry about that, you can send the logs, but the code had so many changes since, there's a real chance any findings won't be applicable anymore :/ I really hope we can post another build soon. Still, post it if you can. Thank You
RE: Printer status keep changing
Thank you here are the logs.
RE: Printer status keep changing
The log just says PrusaLink tried starting a print while another one was already in progress. That just created an expected state change to "Printing" that never happened, which threw off the state management component, which complained a little and that was that.
The real problem is that I've somehow missed the first state change to "Printing", don't know how, the log doesn't tell me. If you could remember how you got it to break, or devise a scenario, that would break it at least one every like four tries, I could try and do the same with a full debug log to see, what the hell is happening.
As of now, I can't see a thing, so I'll just hope, it's gonna be better in 0.7.0.
Thanks for the log and report
RE: Printer status keep changing
Every time I sent a print the problem happened. I even turn off the printer reset it same thing. It prints fine but in the prusa connect I keep having the problem. I will wait for the 0.7.0 and see if it get fixed. Thank You!
RE: Printer status keep changing
Okay, if it's every single time, I'd still need to know, which way were you starting it. It looks like an upload through the web interface with start print after uploading checked. You could try uploading the files through the slicer, or starting them after the upload manually. To see whether you get different results.
RE: Printer status keep changing
ok send it directly from Prusa slicer as suggested same issue. the only thing I can think is causing this issue but I don't know why, is that I have this installed on my pi zero 2 https://www.waveshare.com/product/eth-usb-hub-hat-b.htm but I remove everything form it there is nothing connected to any port on the pi or the hub just the cables going to the MCU. Thank You
RE: Printer status keep changing
I am sure that doesn't cause anything. Also, holy crap, this is cool, that actually might solve our problem with usb OTG adapters not fitting. Thank you for sharing
if zou feel like it, trz starting one without uploading, just go to Storage and start it manually. But it seems the only ones that have a chance to work will be SD prints. If even those don't switch the printer into the PRINTING state, i'll be surprised. Also you can try to do a power cycle, to reboot the rpi
RE: Printer status keep changing
Printing from the SD card did the trick! Hope it get fixed in 0.7.0. Thank You
RE:
Hi, did you buy something like this, to be able to have the ethernet connected? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10000332338461.html
We've instantly bought the boards 😀 But the X axis motor is very close to the port.
If you already tried something like this, I'd like to know, if it's possible to fit one in your opinion
Thanks

Hi, I remix the lid of the https://www.printables.com/model/31558-big-einsy-case
I have to post the files on printables but look like this; been using it for about 5 month no problem so far. I think you already know this but the ethernet port don't work with prusa connect I hope you enable it because is faster.
RE: Printer status keep changing
Wait, did we screw up OTG by enabling serial control through USB? Need to test that too. Thanks for that piece of info
