United States, Arizona here. I have three Mk4's (will be 7 tomorrow) and one of them is consistently offline. It is printing currently but showing offline. Any new fixes for this issue?

Are the printers on wifi? This will be a different problem than what this post was addressing

Still have the same error, at the moment it’s even worse. It’s only shown online for 1-2 minutes and then it goes offline with „access denied“ as error message (translated from German, don’t know what the message is exactly in english). In the menu it does try to connect to prusa connect but it won’t let it and denies access until I cut the power.
Printer is connect via LAN but it’s the same problem as with WiFi. Printer is in Germany and is recognized by my router and shown as online and connected to the FritzBox. It has a fixed IP.
Haven’t printed in months now, for a time it was better but after printing again, it really is only only for a really short period of 1-2min, just to transfer files.
I updated to 5.1.3 but it went offline two minutes later.

Germany, Muenster. I have the Same problem, my printer is on, but on the Prusa Connect Site it is still offline. When I go to the Neetwortk - Prusa Connect Setting on the Printer, the Status shows an Error and Error Refused. Last time I printed 2 days ago and while printing an Error came "The G-Code transfer is too slow" "Check the USB" and then it Crashed (Crash record Saved) After that I was able to print again. Now this error accured.

Please send the crash log that might have saved into the flash drive, i'll pass that along. However I do not see into the MK4 FW too much to have an idea. I will show this to our Connect MK4 person.
You can try to register it into Connect again. It might also be interesting to ping the printer and see what the latency and error rate is like. It seems like the printer has trouble with the internet connection, if you can, try connecting it to ethernet to hopefullly mak the connection more stable.

Hi,
I have a farm of 10 MK4's and 2 XL's. Over the past month, I have had four of the printers show as offline in connect despite being connected to ethernet and not showing any error codes on the device.
Reassigning them on connect brings them back online but isn't a viable workaround if it is going to keep happening.
Is this still a known issue and if so is a solution being worked on?

noted, I don't think there's a large improvement in this regard coming, but I have one idea what could be happening
We had a hiccup yesterday but that should be resolved now

Hi! Not sure if this is same error, but as of last couple of days or after upgrading to 6.0.0. my Mk4 is having massive problems with connection to PrusaConnect. On 5.1.3 it was ok. Connection is over wifi, after updating to latest firmware also upgraded wifi module, reloaded credentials, rebooted my mesh home network, but nothing seems to help. Sporadically printer goes offline, but what is more frequent there is error in menu under Prusaconnect: error "bug" most of the time, less so "net fail". During that time it says under wifi that printer is connected. After some time it reconnects till next drop. Interestingly my mini connected to the same network is rock solid (also 6.0.0., wifi). Is anything I can do on my side?

For my MK4 I note that the printer sometimes goes 'offline' in Connect while connected (LAN) and powered on. I have the impression this happens when the printer is 'idle' after completing a job.
Logging in-out of Connect does not help. The only way to reconnect I see is switching the printer off and on.
Most irritating this is when I start a job locally at the printer and then want to log on to Connect to follow the process.

This is exactly what my XL is doing too, have to power off/on after every print job and then it works with Prusa Connect

Same happened to me. After upgrading my mini+ to v6, it intermittently loses connection to connect. Around 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, repeating.

Hi,
I'm located in France.
My MK4 is nearly offline all the time in Prusa Connect.
Ethernet connection. Stable in 1gb/s. No issue with Prusalink.
Ping is correct. No real latency (around 13ms).
Last firmware update applied this morning (6.0.3), but it was already in this state with the previous ones (6.0.2 and before).
