Its all very well telling people to use the search function when wanting to make a report, but in fact the search function itself is not at all smart, and its precise about words used. So even if you search, and there's an existing pst, its not found. Please pay attention to putting an AI based search tool on the forum.

Before you submit a bug report, please use the Search function to make sure the bug hasn’t been already reported. If this is the first occurrence of the bug, add a new post to the Bugs & Errors forum and use a descriptive name for the topic. In case the bug has already been reported, feel free to add a reply in an existing topic with your own comment (e.g., you encountered the same bug but with slightly different behavior, etc.)
Your bug report should contain the following information:
PrusaLink type (Raspberry Pi Zero / Pi 3 / Pi 4)
PrusaLink version
Printer type
Printer UUID (you can find it in Printer detail page - address line)
Printer firmware version
PrusaSlicer version (if applicable)
Description of the bug, including steps to reproduce (if possible).

No .. the buildplate is correctly mounted, Autohome is working and the printer is happily printing.
It would have stopped with an error on the printer-LCD if this would be the issue, btw..

The prusaapp doesn't show the error either. Just PrusaConnect with an TYPO btw 😀 (STEEL SHEEL). The error comes via websocket. (see second picture)

Print time error

I was comparing the print time of a model with 2 different infils and noticed the estimated finish times didn't make sense. The version with 15% infil would spend 24 minutes printing infill and take 3:41, but the model with 30% infill would spend 43 minutes on infill but would take 4:26 to complete. Going to 30% infil should only add about 20 minutes, but the total print time is almost 40 minutes longer. Then when I started adding up the times, they didn't come close to the total time. I think the time calculation is bugged.

Description of the bug:

I noticed that I was occasionally getting 'incorrect material' errors despite having all settings in both the slicer and printer set to PLA material.

I figured out that if the filename contains the letters "PC" anywhere, the material on Prusa Connect gets flipped to PC.

Below is a screenshot showing that by varying only the filename, I could replicate the error anytime the letters' PC' appeared in the filename.

Just having a tab open on 'Printer files' page constantly draws about 15-20% CPU (Windows 10, 6 core Ryzen 7600x). Both Google Chrome and Firefox exhibits this behaviour. Other pages like 'Dashboard' does not use measurable CPU when loaded.

Could "5x" the size have something to do with a setting? I've noticed that when loading smaller parts, I'm asked a question something like "Convert mm to inches?" I wonder if that's an issue. I NEVER want to do that - and would like to find a setting to disable that automatic help.

Please advise...

I wanted to do a follow up to give you the good news.

I have had several successful prints , and I'm understanding more and more. It takes me a bit but I think I'm getting the hang of it.

I'm starting to TRY to play with the supports ( I think they are called Tree supports ) but gonna look for a youtube video to help me get a better grasp on the " HOWS " when using them...

Hey, glad it's working for you. It's not an ideal solution, but it's great you can keep doing what you want to be doing. Some people yell at us on here when their stuff breaks. Thank you for being a good sport about it. Feel free to ask for help any time.

And sorry for the cryptic 0.2 scale factor. I should have used a percent value (20%) when describing what to scale the object by. I didn't check what units is Slicer using.
I wish you many successful prints
