Issue with complex long WPA keys

Hello all,

I received my Core One Buddy3D yesterday.  I tried for a couple of hours to get the camera to connect by scanning the QR codes generated by the app - with no success.

Today, I've created a temporary SSID with a simpler WPA2 key (8 characters), this worked immediately.  My normal WPA2 keys are 63 complex characters, I can't get the camera to connect to these.

Has anyone else observed this issue?  I'm unsure if it's a QR issue or handling of keys...
