Buddy Camera not visible on App only on Browser
Setup: Prusa XL + Buddy Camera
Prusa Connect iOS: v1.13.13+297
Buddy Camera pairs successfully and works normally in Prusa Connect Web (desktop)
However, the camera never appears in the Prusa Connect iOS app. The app continues to show “No camera added / Add camera” even though the camera is already paired and active. This happens even when the QR pairing is initiated from the iOS app.
I’ve Tried:
-Verified same Prusa account on web + mobile
App logout/login, force close, reinstall
iPhone restart
Printer & camera power cycles
Latest printer firmware
Camera + printer on same network
Removed and re-added camera iOS Local
Network permission toggled
Web UI consistently shows the correct state; issue appears iOS app–specific (likely caching or XL camera sync).
Is this a known issue, and is there an ETA or workaround?
I have 2 other buddy cameras on my cores ones that work well on app or browser. Just my XL that isn’t working.
