Enclosure Spool Holders are Sticky
I have a MK4S with MMU3. Filament spools that are plastic seem to stick to the Enclosure's spool holders (included with kit). I had an issue where the filament bound up on the spool due to it not rotating. The filament didn't feed to the nozzle because the MMU3 had ground it flat, and because filament was present, the Super FINDA and the extruder idler didn't detect the lack of filament. Filament motion is not detected by those sensors, only presence. I woke the next morning to see the extruder trying to make invisible prints in mid air. I put a bit of parchment paper (type for baking) around the holder to allow the spool to rotate more freely. This seems like it is working, but we will see.

I replaced the filament spool holder on the right side with this https://www.printables.com/make/1682507 and this https://www.printables.com/make/1682504. With the bearings the spools work very well. Didn't have any issues.
