Typical Z-offset values?

Trying first layer calibration, and finding my z-offset is at like -0.300 - is this normal, or did I botch something? I double checked the SuperPINDA position before running calibration this morning, and it looks like it's set correctly.

The max you can go on the Mini is -2.0, so -0.3 is on the low end but perfectly normal. I usually target -1.0 by adjusting the PINDA accordingly. I came up with this tool to help: https://www.printables.com/model/57192

Move the SuperPINDA by one or perhaps two threads and recalibrate to come into to the approx -1 range.  -2 is OK but that's the limit.

Re-leveled the PINDA (and put in the correct screw to secure it for good measure - oops). Here's where I'm at around -1.1
