Trouble with first print - nozzle sticking to print on bed
Hello,
My son (12yr old) is trying to print his first print with his brand new Mini +. However, when he tries to print the Nut (shown in the assembly video) fairly soon after starting the first layer, the nozzle sticks to the print and starts pulling the print around, which obviously destroys the print. Any advice?
we are using:
* Prusa PLA Filament - Jet black
* Smooth PEI sheet
We have tried:
* cleaning the sheet with alcohol
* changing the live-Z to -.1
thanks.

live-Z to -.1
That seems extremely high. Did you run the first layer calibration? You need to do that first. According to Prusa documentation: "common range is from -0.400 to -1.900." -> First Layer Calibration (MINI/MINI+) I think in general the numbers usually run below -1
