trapezoidal nut kit problems
Hi!
I‘m in the middle of assembly. When I Fasten the screws of the trapezodial nut, I can’t turn the axis up and down by hand. If I loosen the screws again a bit everything is fine. Can I leave it this way?

It didn't happened to me. I was able to tighten the screws under trapezodial nut onto X-axis. I'm able to move it up and down.
How do you move X-axis arm up and down?
Lead screw
I tried to rotate the lead screw with my fingers while supporting the arm with my other hand. No movement possible. Maybe the motor would be able to move it, but it seems like too much friction
It’s solved!
Sooooo…. I removed the extruder and loosened all screws connecting the orange block on the z axis. Then slowly fastened the screws of the block and of the trapezoid nut. Now movement is smooth as butter!
Selftest and first layer test are done, all axis move almost without vibration. The Mini seems to be ready for first print! 👍
