Print(s) fail stuck filament
I managed to calibrate, setup and print two test prints (whistle & logo) just fine without issue. Now I'm trying to do a long print and it's failed twice. The first time I had to open the extruder up, as I couldn't unload or load the filament. Somehow the filament gets stuck and snaps in half inside the extruder. The gears seemed fine and I couldn't fine anything else that would cause it to jam. The filament rolls perfectly fine and there's no resistance at all. I'm using a brand new roll of Prusament PETG jet black. This is a brand new printer, so why is this happening?
RE: Print(s) fail stuck filament
Check your spring tension on the filament. The idler screw can cause issues with feeding properly if too tight or too loose.

@cwbullet
It was fine (from the factory) as far as I could tell and after clearing the first jam, I adjusted it according to the manual (and videos). It seems to happen 6 or 7hrs (maybe longer?) into the print. I'll clear the jam and reset the idler screw again, but I feel this shouldn't happen on a brand new printer, right?
