RE:
I'm going crazy with this problem. I had a brief chat with support and said to check inside extruder. I have looked on here, Reddit and everywhere else but it's just happened again. It's not a filament issue as that never blocks or grinds out. All the parts in in place as per instructions so I'm wondering if the motor has gone?! It can jam even without filament too. I've taken apart so many times now it's feeling like the old Ender 3 with problem after problem. Even taken apart I quite often get a resistance when turning by hand and it's like something inside the motor is grinding or something. Any advice?!

Sounds like the bearings in the motor got bad, it happens.
Try as Prusa help for a replacement part if it is still under warranty period.
See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.
RE: Jammed extruder gear Again!
Since my other mini has decided to pack up too(when it rains)! I thought to change over the gear to see if that worked but the same again. I have fine picked the whole gear for debris, cleaned, checked wiring and everything. I'm at a loss?!?
The other mini has seized up on the y axis and almost the same problem with the motor in that it jams and feels very rough. I have researched and done the procedures that are suggested IE the bed plate fully disassembled, bearings greased up and positioned correctly. This keeps happening too at random times and as with the extruder jamming it's not a filament issue and I get a good first layer and It continues usually. I have noticed before either of these issues happen the printer becomes a lot louder with rattles and vibrations happening. I have both on marble slabs on top of lacks but lately they have become louder in general. The movement especially between moves and retraction were never this loud I'm sure. I have been adjusting slicer settings lately too along with the latest firmware updates.
Not having luck with my Prusas. I thought I would finally get the mmu3 setup along with converting my MK4 to mk4s at the same time. I'm now stuck in the calibration setup of the heating and getting the thermistor error. Those things are so fragile. I was ultra careful but I must have stuffed it somehow. More headaches. Hopefully as the mmu3 is in warranty I may get a replacement unless it's something else 😔

Hey, thanks for the post kaszpir. Unfortunately out of warranty but I could try my luck as I need to contact with other issues and one being y axis and a similar issue with motor. I'll post any updates of progress 🤞
